When we got home the second time using the product, the buckle fell. This makes me very concerned that the product to fall and not be available for use. But I have not found any other product to use. Looks like it will work for me, if I use it. So I called for replacement parts, 1 year warranty, right? 6-7 months old, and I was advised that if you buy from an authorized dealer, there is no guarantee. How so? Anyway, ordered the $ 19 parts and we'll see if this leads us back on track or you have more problems. We also need more time prod.

The seller and the product delivered a quality product on time. A good price so no complaints regarding the transaction or product. I would warn dog owners to use discretion with this product. Personally, I bought the coach to stop bad behavior, or that were underway or imminent. I disagree that one should use this collar for training basic commands, but suggests other methods. It will stop bad behaviors (eg, running into the street, neighbors cats chasing, fleeing and possibly endangered). Overuse can lead to shyness or fear-like behavior in some dogs.

We have a lab mix dog that jumps the fence and other digging in the yard and barks at everything. Although very good indoors, outside of training has proven to be difficult for the dogs and they have achieved. For your safety, that bind to the outside, but not giving them freedom to run in the garden or play unsupervised. We have received the collars and tested them in our palms first to see what the dogs would be surprised if / reprimand. I was careful to harm them. The lowest value (1) feels more like a vibration, the second a tingling sensation, the third was a little shaken, and the highest value (4) was very uncomfortable. None of the adjustments were very painful, because it lasts a few seconds, but the latter definitely has the attention and the experience was not pleasant. We saw the video and read the instructions – be sure to read the instructions. . . on / off and set the alert tone can be confusing if you do not.
