My neighbor works at night and sleeps during day time. The complain is that my dog barks during day time disrupting her sleep. I already received a warning from the city.

i really hope that you can help me. my dobie is everything to me so i cant give him up. there are dogs in surrounding few houses that bark then cause my dog to bark alot. i have tried spray collar sound collar and have now had to use the electric collar. it was recommeneded by the vet and its humane. its killing me more than him i hate to have to put it on but the neighbours have complained to the council who are now recording next door. what else can i do?
